Janet Wain (chair of the Heritage Rooms committee) has let us know that
there is a major leak at the Heritage Rooms and the water has had to be turned
off so there is no water to any taps or to the toilet. Apparently work is
unlikely to be completed by this Saturday. Other venues are vastly more
expensive, so Judith suggested we go for a later Saturday.
Jean Copsey (in charge of the diary) has pencilled us in for the following
one, Saturday 26th February which is the only free Saturday until our next
stitch club on 19th March. Janet Wain thinks that things might not be
sorted even by then. Jean has said she will keep in touch as soon as they get
any updates and I will put these on the blog.
No stitch club on 19th Feb but it may be on 26th
