Cancellation of Stitch Clubs March to July 2020 due to virus

Hi Stitchers

It is with great regret that we are cancelling the rest of this year's stitch clubs. We hope to resume in the autumn, when current members with receive half price membership 2020 to 2021.

Do send me photos of things you are working on, or have completed and I will put them on the blog. Let me have any thoughts and comments and these can go on the blog too. all the best, Kate

That is a shame, but very sensible. It’s probable that all or most of us are in the highest risk categories, and/or have friends in them. I’m managing to do a bit more stitching at the moment, since I’m largely working from home, so it will be fun to show some off!

Thank you very much for your email and all the work you have put into making the stitch club a success. I shall miss the meetings and seeing everyone but hopefully it will not be too long before we can reconvene. Speak to you soon.

Thanks for letting me know, I was expecting this. I totally understand, where your coming from in light of the circumstances, and have had this discussion with a neighbour who works in Media and Journalism. Stay safe everyone.
