Fabric Sale in Horncastle - 15th October

Doughty's will be holding a fabulous fabric sale on behalf of the Hemingby Quaffters on Saturday 15th October 20011 from 10.30am to 2.30pm. 

The sale will take place in the newly renovated Stanhope Hall on Boston Road, Horncastle, LN9 6NF. The Doughty's RoadShow will be bringing an extensive range of American craft fabrics at great prices. There will be fabric, wadding, jelly rolls - all you need for your crafting, quilting, and homemade stitchery needs. Admission is just £2 and refreshments will be available.

Stitch in Kyme Quilts & Craft Exhibition

Saturday 15th October 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday 16th October 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

In St Luke's Church, North Kyme, Lincoln LN4 4DJ

Demonstrations, sales tables, raffle, tea & coffee etc in the Village Hall.

Entrance to exhibition is £2.50; £2.00 concessions, accompanied children free; proceeds to local charities.

Members did some lovely work at Shirley's Stitch Club

The Craft Fayre was a great success - especially the cream teas!

For the final meeting of the programme, Janet gave a talk about the life & times of the Branch over the last 10 years to help celebrate our 10th birthday. Thanks to the committee members who provided some delicious birthday cakes. 

Next year's programme starts with the AGM at the end of September.

You might be interested to know that exhibition at Lincoln's Central Library where four artists, including two of our members - Lyn Rochester and Kate Steane are displaying their work. 5-9th Sept Mon 1-4; Tues, Wed, Thurs 10-4; Fri 10-1.
