Our next stitch club at the Thomas Garratt Building in Heighington on January 18th 2020 will be with Robyn Smith. We are doing felt pictures however; there has also been a request to do felt bowls as well, so looks like there will be a choice of what can be done that day.
Requirements list will be available closer to the time.

Suffolk puff stitch club by Monika Leaman 16th Nov Heighington Thomas Garrett Rooms 10-3
The aim of the stitch club is to make a lavender bag out of 14 Suffolk Puffs (following the pattern given by Victorian Patchwork). But you might feel the need to get more creative and extend the idea, photos of further ideas will be shown on the day to whet your appetite.
Suffolk Puff Lavender Bag
Your 14 puffs can be out of the same material or different as here
You only need 1/8yd of 36in wide fabric; using up scraps you already have is the best option. Also Kate will have her massive bag of bits, free to all.
Kate and Vanda will be bringing lots of lavender.
cardboard (cereal packet stuff is fine)
scissors for card and for fabric
thread to match and needles
small amount of muslin to hold the lavender inside the sachet
if you want a hanging sachet bring a little bit of ribbon
All of the above will be available on the day.
If you would like to bring your own project and chat with the rest of us, that is fine.
