Our next stitch club will be on Saturday 17th May at the Thomas Garret Buildings in Heighington. Running from 10:00 - 15:00 and Bron will be taking us through making embroidered leaves:
Requirements List
- Usual sewing kit
- Calico/linen/firm cotton
- Embroidery hoop (approx 7" / 19 cm)
- Stranded cotton/perle/other threads
- Pen/pencil for transferring the design
- Tracing paper, masking tape
- Scissors
- Embroidery needle
- Book of embroidery stitches or other aide memoire
Cost £5.00 members; £7.50 non-members.
Please bring a packed lunch, tea/coffee/biscuits will be provided. Alternatively, sandwiches can be purchased from local shops.
